A configured reporting workflow, documented mappings and review-ready outputs based on the agreed requirements.
E-INVOICING INTEGRATION
Electronic invoicing involves data, product capabilities and provider interfaces. We assess the technical requirements and integrate your business software with the selected invoicing solution or provider.
Documented interface requirements, configured data exchange and tested invoice workflows.
NIZAMIX VAT
Nizamix VAT is a separate UAE-focused product in the Nizamix platform. It receives invoice data from ERP, POS, accounting or billing systems and coordinates validation, mapping and status visibility through the customer’s selected Accredited Service Provider (ASP).

Validate, map and track
Separate provider relationship
Receive source documents and check identifiers, VAT treatment and amounts. Map internal invoice fields to the PINT AE model used in the product’s UAE invoicing workflow.
Track Exchange delivery states and Reporting events separately, including Tax Data Document (TDD) events and Message Level Status (MLS) responses returned through the provider flow.
Organise incomplete, rejected, pending or duplicate documents for review. Keep timestamped events and status history available to the operational team.
Define source fields, connector scope and exception ownership. Configure and test the workflow with your finance team and selected provider.
It does not replace the customer’s Accredited Service Provider. Provider services and fees are separate, and the customer retains ownership of tax decisions and records. ELFS provides technical consulting and integration.
Product details: official Nizamix VAT information. Workflow descriptions are product capabilities; applicable requirements and provider connections are confirmed for the engagement.

Technical assessment, product configuration, data mapping, integration and testing within the agreed scope.
Business rules, reporting requirements, reconciliation review and acceptance of financial outputs.
Tax advice and filing decisions remain with your finance team or tax adviser. E-invoicing services remain with your selected provider.
